Months ago I bought a Netbook pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter Edition, lately when I was using it and wanted the wallpaper changed, I was pretty amazed that there is no way that I am able to change it.
What a surprised that this feature was removed. But that doesn't stop there I bought the Netbook and I wanted the wallpaper changed! I search the net and luckily found a great site that solved my problem. (Free!)
