Transfer Paypal to EON Card for only Php 1.50?

Hello Friends from Philippines. Wondering how to get your paypal funds to your local bank for only 1.50 peso?

It is very simple. Just follow the following procedures.

1. Find A Unionbank in your local area and apply for EON Card. Just bring 2 valid id's , 2 xerox copy of birth certificate(some branch doesn't require a Birth Certificate) and Php350.

2. Card will arrived in less than 10 working days(I got mine in 8 working days).

3. Enroll your card in online banking so you can manage your account online.

4. Add your card to Paypal under bank account using the account number in your card (small numbers) that appears just below your card number(Large numbers).

5. You can now withdraw Paypal funds to your EON card.
Usually Paypal to Local bank transfer is one business day and Local bank to your Eon Card is one day too. (On my experience funds appear on my account between 7pm to 9pm on the second day from transfer).

6. Now if you do not want to pay withdrawal fee, enroll your EON card to mobile banking, just visit your local bank and ask for it (Free).
You must have a SmartMoney Enabled Mobile phone and a Smartmoney Card (Free to get at any smart wireless centers).

7. After being enabled, use your mobile phone to transfer money from EON to Smartmoney Card, transaction cost is only 1.50 peso, withdraw your money to any BDO ATM Machines without fee.
